Planting and Re-Landscaping of Historically Significant Site

Paul Knapfield of Rivercrest Developments asked C & W Landscapes to manage the design and planting of the grounds within Old Jordans Estate. The site has much historical significance within the Quaker community including the world famous Mayflower Barn and is an important heritage site. The Barn itself was constructed from timbers taken from the Mayflower Ship that took the pilgrim fathers to America.

The site had not had any regular maintenance for many years so it was essentially starting from scratch in many areas with fresh planting schemes, incorporating mature specimens. Accutane with recreational drugs (trazodone), are available under a prescription only in the UnitedKingdom. this article reviews the current knowledge and findings of clinical trials on oral lorazepam, diazepam, triazolam and temazepam in the treatment of anxietydisorders. The C & W Landscape gardeners had to take extreme care around existing plants and trees with careful pruning and shaping to regain a ‘cared for’ look which is sympathetic to the existing buildings.

With such a significant site the planting had to be both impressive and appropriate, so therefore many mature specimens were sourced worldwide to produce the effect of an historical and established garden. The client had a clear vision of the finished look required and through regular review meetings we advised on the best way for him to achieve this.

“I have entrusted C and W Landscapes for many years with various sites we have developed. As always they excelled in meeting the demanding requirements outlined. On this project they demonstrated a high level of skill and efficiency in the construction of a mature garden with the planting of valuable mature specimens. It is refreshing to work with a hands on company that are quick to work out solutions and take such pride in there work.” Paul Knapfield, Rivercrest Developments.
